This sauce is great on about anything. I put it on a fried egg with American cheese, either a bagel, English Muffin, or bread.

Delicious! Huge upgrade over basic yellow mustard with horseradish, sharp acidity, and texture from diced peppers and cucumber. Only complaint is that the name is misleading. The “heat” is predominantly horseradish not chiles – so it is milder than most medium salsas and the fruity/earthy notes of the peppers is subtle. Definitely buying again though — we’ll have to get it shipped to Austin!

I’m from Texas. My wife bought on a whim to see if I would approve. As I’m quite particular about my mustard. I’m happy to report…this mustard…made in NY…has pleased this Texan. Thank you

This is one of the best all-purpose condiments I’ve ever had. It goes great with lunchmeat, burgers, or basically anything you want to be spicy and tangy.
